The HSboooster.eu webinar on "Standardisation in the Health Sector" will be taking place on 7 September 2023 between 15:00 to 17:00 CEST.

The objective of this webinar is to highlight the gender gap in ICT standardisation and discuss the gender dimension in standards.

HSbooster will join the conference on Tuesday 27 June with a session at 15:45 to present its role-play negotiation skills in Standardisation "Serious Smiling Game" (designed in collaboration between HSbooster.eu and House of Knowledge) that simulates the discussion in an ad-hoc working group.

This webinar aims to address the increasing need for standardisation education and knowledge in Higher Education Institutes' curricula and its impact on economic growth, the "European Green Deal," the "New Industrial Strategy for Europe," and the Sustainable Development Goals. The EU-funded projects StandICT.eu and HSbooster.eu are working to close this gap on different levels, which are strategically relevant for the European society and EU global leadership. 

The OpenContinuum consortium, in collaboration with the UNLOCK-CEI and SWForum projects and guided by the European Commission DG CNECT E.2 and E.4 Units, is organizing a 2-day physical event called "Concertation and Consultation on Computing Continuum: From Cloud to Edge to IoT" under the European Cloud, Edge and IoT Continuum initiative, taking place in the Claridge – Brussels, Belgium.
