The IAM4RE Training Suite is an important new resource that will be valuable for many in the HSBooster community. It focuses on knowledge valorisation, intellectual asset management and the role of standardisation in research and innovation. The Suite turns European policy priorities into a practical and accessible learning framework. It will be officially introduced during a launch webinar on 5 February 2026 (10:00–11:30 CET).
A key author of the content in the suite is Ivana Mijatovic from the University of Belgrade and the HSbooster.eu consortium. Ivana has worked with key standards experts such as Knut Blind, Fraunhofer, to ensure that standardisation is fully covered. The suite leverages findings and results of the HSbooster.eu Training Academy.
The Suite is organised into twelve modules, delivered by experts, and divided into three levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. It helps users build skills in managing, protecting and making the most of intellectual assets, while showing how standardisation fits into the wider research process. The content is aligned with the Codes of Practice on Intellectual Assets Management and Standardisation, as well as the ERA Policy Agenda. It is designed to be flexible and suitable for different institutions and training needs. During the webinar, the project will also present the IAM4RE MOOC, which will be launched in spring 2026.
Both Ivana and Knut will be speaking at the event. Their contributions will help connect the work of the two projects and highlight how these resources can support the wider standardisation community.
The webinar is aimed at researchers, research support staff, technology and knowledge transfer officers, innovation managers and decision-makers in universities and public research organisations. It is also open to early‑career researchers and students interested in knowledge valorisation and standardisation. Participants will receive an overview of the Training Suite that reflects different roles, levels of experience and institutional contexts. By joining the launch, attendees will gain a clear understanding of what the Training Suite offers, how it is structured and how it can be used to strengthen skills in intellectual asset management and standardisation. The session will also show how the Suite can support institutional development and contribute to the objectives of the European Research Area.
